The 1898 Autumn Exhibition. Harriet Backer was in the 4th group with their own jury. At the exhibition she was represented with four paintings: Card Players, The Mountain Einundfjell and The Living Room at Kolbotn, Hulda and Arne Garborg's Home all painted 1896-97 and the older Fourre-tout painted in Brittany in 1892.
