Large exhibition at Henie Onstad Kunstsenter with artworks with a connection to Bærum. The exhibition was divided into two parts where the first exhibited older art with motives from Bærum. In the first part the "Fleskum Summer" of 1886 naturally played a central role and in addition to Harriet Backer other artists that were gathered at Fleskum such at Eilif Peterssen, Christian Skredsvig, Kitty Kielland and Erik Werenskiold were also a part of the exhibition. Two of Harriet Backers paintings from Tanum Church in Bæreum were also exhibited In the second part more modern and contemporary artists with connection to Bærum were exhibited such as Halvdan Ljøsne, Håkon Stenstadvold and Sidsel Bergløff.


Seven paintings by Harriet Backer were on view, made during different visits to Bærum, both landscapes and interiors.
